Refunds & Exchanges
Before you return a Love My Jewel product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different
from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. Natural stones and pearls are always different from each other. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Refunds

Please contact Love My Jewels if you wish to return an item. We cannot provide exchanges or refunds on discounted sale items, unless the item is faulty. Refunds will not be accepted if the item is not returned within 3 days of receiving.
Refunds cannot be processed until the items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for repackaging the item securely so that it is not
damaged in transit. If the item arrives back to Love My Jewels in a worse condition, the refund cannot be
processed. Due to the nationwide retail policy, earrings are not refundable/exchangeable for
hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be not accepted if the item is not returned within 3 days of receiving.
Exchanges cannot be processed until the items are returned in their original
condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for repackaging the item securely so that it is not
damaged in transit. If the item arrives back to Love My Jewels in a worse condition, the exchange cannot
be processed. Customers are liable to pay for any remaining cost if they wish to exchange for an
item of greater value.
